Reasonable Accommodations in Coaching, Training, and Assessment

Happy Whole Human® supports individuals with disabilities across all our services, including coaching, assessments, and coach training programs.

Coaching and assessment participants

We provide reasonable accommodations to support your participation in individual coaching, couple and team coaching, assessments, and platform features. If an accommodation would help you access or engage with any HWH service, please contact us before or during your engagement.

Coach training participants

For participants in HWH Institute of Holistic Wellness coach training programs (Level 1, ICF Group Mentoring, Coach Club, and related programs), the General Disability Policy (Section 05) of the HWH Participant Enrollment Agreement governs the accommodation process. In summary:

  • HWH supports individuals with disabilities and is committed to providing reasonable accommodations
  • HWH prohibits discrimination on the basis of disability and ensures equal opportunity for all qualified individuals
  • Accommodations are considered case-by-case and consistent with applicable law
  • Participants are encouraged to contact us before enrolling, or as soon as an accommodation need becomes known, so that available reasonable accommodations can be considered

Virtual live-session accommodations

The HWH coach training Code of Conduct (Enrollment Agreement Section 10) includes a general expectation that participants keep their camera on during virtual live sessions. Approved accommodations or instructor-authorized exceptions to the camera-on expectation are available where needed.

If keeping your camera on is a barrier to your participation, please request an accommodation before or as soon as possible during your program.

Non-discrimination

Our services and programs are open to all individuals regardless of race, age, religion, color, creed, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity, marital status, disability, veteran status, or any other characteristic or status protected under applicable law. See Section 07 (Non-Discrimination Policy) of the Participant Enrollment Agreement for the full policy applicable to coach training.

Requesting an Accommodation

Please contact us before enrolling in a program or engaging a service, or as soon as an accommodation need becomes known. Where possible, please include:

  • A brief description of the accommodation you are requesting
  • The service, program, or platform feature it relates to
  • Any relevant timing considerations

Contact: contact@happywholehuman.com

We will respond promptly, work with you in good faith, and do our best to provide the information, service, or accommodation in a format that works for you.

Ongoing Efforts

We recognize that accessibility is an ongoing effort. We are actively working to monitor our website, coaching platforms, and coach training materials, and to improve usability wherever possible.

As part of our commitment, we welcome feedback and suggestions to help us enhance the accessibility of our digital content. Feedback may be submitted to contact@happywholehuman.com .

Feedback, Grievances, and Appeals

If you believe an accommodation request has not been adequately addressed, or if you experience an accessibility barrier that is not resolved through informal contact, you may:

  • For website, coaching, and platform accessibility: submit a feedback message to contact@happywholehuman.com . We will review your concern and respond promptly.
  • For coach training programs: follow the formal three-step Grievance Policy set out in Section 08 of the HWH Participant Enrollment Agreement.

HWH does not retaliate against any participant for raising an accessibility concern, requesting an accommodation, filing a grievance, or participating in an investigation in good faith.

Third-Party Content

Our website and platforms may include links to third-party services (for example, for training delivery, scheduling, video, or payment processing). While we cannot directly control the accessibility of these external services, we encourage our providers to follow accessibility best practices, and we are happy to assist you with navigating those resources or identifying accessible alternatives if needed.
