Dr. Lisa Leit and Rafał Szaniawski each hold the MCS-ACC, MCS-PCC, and MCS-MCC Mentor Coach Specialization badges from the International Coaching Federation. This is recognition that they have completed the ICF's rigorous mentor coach training standard for all three credential levels, including ACC BARS as well as PCC Markers and MCC BARS assessment. Both are Master Certified Coaches with extensive experience mentoring coaches internationally at every credential level.
Together, they help you recognize the strengths already present in your work, identify patterns that may limit your MCC-level demonstration and make a more informed decision about when a recording may be ready for submission.
MCC-level coaching is nuanced.
It cannot be reduced to a checklist, a formula or a single person's opinion. That is why this package gives you two independent MCC perspectives on your coaching, your patterns and your submission readiness.

Our goal is not to make your coaching sound like ours. It is to help you demonstrate the most mature and authentic expression of your own coaching presence.
How Recording Review and Calibration Work.
Each mentor reviews one coaching recording during each private session. When either mentor believes a recording may demonstrate MCC-level coaching, the recording is shared with the other MCC mentor for an independent calibration review.
Submit a Recording
Bring one coaching recording to each private mentor session. If you choose all 10 individual sessions, you may bring up to 10 different recordings for review.
Receive MCC-Level Feedback
Your mentor reviews the recording with you, grounded in the ICF Core Competencies and MCC-level coaching indicators.
Develop Your Coaching
Between sessions, integrate the feedback through deliberate practice, group mentoring and AI-supported reflection.
Independent Calibration Review
When a mentor believes a recording may demonstrate MCC-level coaching, the recording is shared with the second MCC for an independent calibration review.
Make an Informed Submission Decision
You receive feedback from both mentors before deciding whether to submit that recording to ICF.

A calibration review is an added check. It is not a guarantee that an ICF assessor will reach the same conclusion, but it gives you a broader and more carefully considered professional perspective before you submit.
A Flexible 10-Hour Pathway.
You may complete all 10 mentor coaching hours privately or choose a combination of individual and group mentor coaching. The package price is the same across every path.
Complete engagement takes place over a minimum of three months. When all 10 hours are private, you ordinarily receive five sessions with Dr. Lisa and five with Rafał. Unused individual sessions have no cash value and are not eligible for a partial refund or price reduction.

Dr. Lisa Leit holds the ICF Master Certified Coach (MCC) designation, the highest credential awarded by the International Coaching Federation, along with the Advanced Certification in Team Coaching (ACTC) and the European Supervision & Individual Accreditation (ESIA).
She holds a doctorate in developmental psychology and brings more than 12,000 hours of individual coaching experience. As Director of Training at Happy Whole Human® Institute, an ICF-accredited Level 1, 2, 3 and AATC provider, Dr. Lisa has been training and mentoring coaches internationally since 2012.
Rafał is a Master Certified Coach (MCC) accredited by the International Coaching Federation and a Senior Practitioner and Accredited Supervisor with the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC).
Co-author of Solution Focused Team Coaching, he has taught, mentored and supervised coaches internationally with rigor and reflective depth. Founder of The Impermanent Human, a practice focused on change, loss and professional development, Rafał brings a thoughtful, discerning perspective to advanced coaching practice.

What we do not do
We do not represent the International Coaching Federation or perform official ICF credential evaluations. A mentor's opinion that a recording demonstrates MCC-level coaching is not a guarantee that the recording will receive a passing evaluation from ICF.
Your responsibility
Candidates are responsible for attending and documenting the combination of individual and group mentor coaching hours required for their application. ICF credential requirements and evaluation processes are determined exclusively by the International Coaching Federation.
