Level 1 provides a strong foundation in the ICF coaching framework, ethics, and Core Competencies. Level 2 and Level 3 build progressively, adding advanced techniques, evidence-based tools, and integrative approaches that support mastery and confidence in complex coaching work. The Advanced Accreditation in Team Coaching (AATC) prepares coaches to work effectively with teams and systems.

A strong foundation in the ICF coaching framework, ethics, and Core Competencies. The starting point of the HWH® pathway.

Hours completed may be applied toward the ICF ACTC credential, in accordance with ICF requirements.
How do I access the Level 2 and Level 3 pathways?
Level 2 and Level 3 pathways are unlocked through the HWH All-Access Coach Club. Members unlock personalized advanced coach pathways that build progressively on the ICF Core Competencies, so each coach can follow a route that fits their experience and goals.
